Terms and Conditions for Pure Men’s Massage
Business Information
Pure Men’s Massage is a male-only massage service dedicated to providing professional and tailored massage experiences exclusively for men. We operate as a private practice and do not offer home visits or massages at specific locations outside of our designated premises. All services are provided at our facility, where clients can enjoy a serene and professional environment tailored to their needs.
Services Offered
At Pure Men’s Massage, we offer a wide range of massage therapies specifically designed to meet the individual needs of our clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:
• Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Naturist Massage
• Hot Stone Therapy
• Aromatherapy Massage
Each service is tailored to provide optimal relaxation, stress relief, and therapeutic benefits. Our professional therapists are trained to ensure a respectful and comfortable experience for all clients.
Please note that all massages are strictly professional, and any inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
Booking and Payment
Booking Process: Clients can book their sessions online or over the phone. During the booking process, clients are required to provide valid card details. This is a security measure to protect against no-shows and last-minute cancellations. However, no deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
Payment: Payment for the session can be made either by cash or card at the time of the appointment. The total cost of the service will be communicated to the client during the booking process and confirmed before the session begins.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Clients are free to reschedule or cancel their appointments at any time up to 24 hours before the booked slot without any penalty.
• Rescheduling after the 24-hour period: If a client reschedules their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the session’s total cost will be deducted from the card on file.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend the booked session without prior notice will result in 100% of the session’s total cost being deducted from the card on file.
Client Responsibilities
At Pure Men’s Massage, we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for both our clients and therapists. To ensure the best possible experience, we require clients to adhere to the following responsibilities:
Disclosure of Medical Conditions:
Clients are required to be upfront and honest about any medical conditions, injuries, or ailments they may be experiencing. This information will be obtained during a pre-session consultation, which helps us determine the suitability of massage therapy for the client.
• Contraindications: Based on the findings from the consultation, certain medical conditions may prevent the client from receiving a full massage or any massage at all. Our therapists reserve the right to decline treatment if they believe the massage could pose a risk to the client’s health.
Hygiene Standards:
Clients are advised to attend their massage appointments with good personal hygiene. This is essential for maintaining a clean and safe environment for both the client and the therapist.
• Studio Shower: If a client’s hygiene does not meet the required standards, they may be asked to use the studio’s shower facilities before the session begins. However, this will not extend the duration of the massage session, and the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time.

Potential Risks:
Massage therapy can lead to both physical and mental contraindications. While we aim to minimize these risks through thorough consultations, clients should be aware that certain reactions are completely normal.
• Physical Reactions: These may include, but are not limited to, bruising, muscle soreness, aches, and other minor discomforts that may arise following a massage. These reactions are typically temporary and a result of the body’s response to the treatment.
• Mental Reactions: Clients may experience changes in mood, including feelings of emotional release, dizziness, or heightened emotions (either positive or negative). These mental reactions are also normal and often a part of the therapeutic process.
Consultation and Management:
During the consultation process, our therapists will discuss any potential contraindications based on the client’s health history. We will also provide guidance on how to manage any physical or mental reactions that may occur after the massage session.
Signature and Acknowledgment:
Clients are not required to sign a separate waiver form. By signing the consultation form prior to the session, clients acknowledge that they understand the potential risks associated with massage therapy and accept responsibility for managing these reactions as discussed during the session.
Privacy Policy

Refund Policy

No Refunds for Completed Services:
Once a client has received a full massage session, no refunds will be provided. We are dedicated to meeting our clients’ needs during the session and encourage open communication to ensure satisfaction.
Cancellations and Rescheduling.
Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without incurring any charges. If rescheduling or cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window, or if a client fails to show up, Pure Men’s Massage reserves the right to deduct the full or partial payment as outlined in our cancellation policy.
On-Site Cancellations:
If a client arrives at the practice and decides not to proceed with the massage before the session begins, 50% of the service charge may be refunded. This policy ensures that our time and resources are respected while still offering some flexibility to the client.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases where exceptional circumstances apply, clients may contact us directly to discuss potential resolutions. Pure Men’s Massage reserves the right to assess situations on a case-by-case basis.
Code of Conduct
At Pure Men’s Massage, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and respectful environment for both our clients and staff. To maintain these standards, clients are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:
Appropriate Behaviour:
Clients are required to conduct themselves in a manner that is appropriate for a business setting. This includes treating all staff members with respect and refraining from any form of inappropriate behaviour.
• Violence and Aggression: Any form of violence, aggressive behaviour, or threatening language towards staff will not be tolerated. If a client displays such behaviour, the session will be immediately terminated, and the client may be refused future service.
Boundaries and Consent:
Pure Men’s Massage offers specific services, clearly described on our website. Any requests or actions that go beyond the agreed-upon massage session, particularly in the context of naturist massages, will be subject to the therapist’s discretion.
• Therapist Comfort: If a therapist is uncomfortable with a client’s request or behaviour during the session, they have the right to refuse the request. Clients must respect the therapist’s boundaries and the right to consent.
Professional Relationship:
The relationship between the client and the massage therapist is strictly professional and should not extend beyond the session. Any attempts to initiate personal relationships or interactions outside of the practice will result in a lifetime ban from Pure Men’s Massage.
Health and Safety:
Clients are expected to respect the health and safety of the staff members. This includes adhering to hygiene standards, respecting boundaries, and following all guidelines provided during the session.
